This is just a reminder to check into details when dealing with consultants. There are some great consultants out there and there are also some pretty useless ones as well. If you ever want to do a quick check on a consultant by asking them a few questions feel free to get us involved here at EverythingSupplyChain.com. We will ask the question on our LinkedIn group site and there will be lots of different replies. If the consultant can keep up with everyone, then that will be a first test to pass. Just something that is free for everyone and might help weed out the consultants that talk a big talk but deliver little.
